Course Description

Level 3 provides an in-depth focus on statistical process control, advanced problem-solving, and specialized workplace safety practices. This program equips participants with the knowledge and tools to analyze data for quality assurance, optimize processes, and implement advanced safety measures. Participants will gain expertise in using statistical tools to enhance decision-making, evaluate process capabilities, and solve complex workplace challenges effectively. 

Course Outline

Introduction to Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Discover the foundational principles of Statistical Process Control, including the importance of probability and variation in quality processes. This section introduces control charts as essential tools for monitoring and improving processes over time. 

Advanced SPC Techniques

Expand on SPC basics by learning advanced methods such as control chart analysis and process capability studies. Participants will gain the skills to evaluate process performance, identify trends, and implement improvements to maintain optimal quality standards. 

Advanced Problem-Solving Strategies

Develop the ability to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions using structured approaches. Participants will explore advanced tools like Pareto analysis and continuous feedback loops to refine and sustain workplace improvements. 

Specialized Workplace Safety

Focus on critical safety measures, including fall prevention and ladder safety, to ensure compliance with workplace regulations and safeguard employees. This section emphasizes practical applications and risk reduction strategies tailored to high-risk environments. 

Integrated Quality Tools for Problem-Solving

Learn to integrate statistical and problem-solving tools such as fishbone diagrams, histograms, and control charts. This section helps participants tackle complex challenges by combining data analysis with structured decision-making frameworks.
