This International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia (IDAHOBIT), we invite you to join us in embracing equality and celebrating freedom of expression.
In the heart of every individual lies a common thread that connects us all: our HUMANITY. Embracing equality is not about labels but recognizing and celebrating this shared human experience, transcending differences and creating a world where everyone is seen, heard, and valued.
Through this 2-in-1 course, you will learn why Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are critical in the workplace, especially for the individuals and how embracing DEI will contribute to organizations’ overall success and well-being. At the same time, you will obtain the know-how of preventing and navigating sexual harassment situation.

- Understand the meaning and benefits of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
- Define culture and diversity of thinking in a professional setup and on a personal level
- Describe the qualities of an inclusive workplace and explore various approaches to building a more inclusive company
Building Diversity
- Understand why being different is not negative
- List ways to respect diversity while understanding the advantages and disadvantages of diversity

Preventing Sexual Harassment
- Identify situations that are considered sexual harassment and hostile work environment
- Understand different types of behaviour that can create a hostile work environment
- Steps you can take to stop sexual harassment if you are the target of harassment or a bystander
- Understand the legal implications when handling different situation
Sexual Harassment Guidelines for Supervisor
- List steps for preventing sexual harassment
- Describe what is usually included in a policy against sexual harassment
- List steps for responding to a complaint of sexual harassment
- Understand that an employee might be able to sue their employer for damages because of sexual harassment
